Hello, I have a halfmoon betta, he was blue but his fins are tattered and his coloring is going away, he's not thriving despite my best efforts. All real plants, water testing, hiding spots ect. He needs to go to someone who can help him out, he's best as the only fish as he kills everything else he is with.
