Join us for our spring herb seasonal event with free classes and herb specials. It's time to go herbal once again this spring! The spring season brings new choices of warm-season herbs with which to plant, cook, and create. With classes, handouts, and presentations this weekend, we've got the information you need if you're just getting started or just getting to know herbs.  SATURDAY: 9:30-11:00am- Organic Herb Growing- Be here for an extensive class with NHG's Rusty E. Allen, and learn which herbs to plant when, and how to grow them the organic way. FREE. 11:30-12:00pm- FAST Class: Harvesting and Using Herbs- NHG's Garden Advisor Steven Holliday tours you through our extensive herb section, and details easy herbs you can grow and harvest at home. FREE. SUNDAY:  3:00-4:00pm -Tasty Cooking with Herbs: Attend the Dallas Organic Garden Club's April meeting, where Master Gardener Kevin Burns will cover all aspects of growing, caring for, and using herbs in the kitchen and in the garden. FREE.
