Yoga, Treats & Drinks!
Join us for our 4th installment in our Yoga by Sheri series on Saturday, April 23rd. Sheri will lead us in breathing, stretching, and meditation starting with our hour long class.
Beginner to yoga? No worries at all. This class is great for everyone since many of the moves can be adjusted according to your comfort level.
After the class, we will enjoy a biscuit spread including a variety of spreads, jams, biscuit toppings & other tasty treats. This will all be accompanied by a refreshing bellini!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle & towel. While we do have a bathroom, we encourage you to be dressed and ready for the class when you arrive, if possible.
*Bellinis for those who are 21 and older.
