Join Fearless Beverage Director and Sommelier, Michele Gargiulo for an educational wine tasting with hors oeuvres at 6pm. Welcome to our second Club de Vin! (If you're new here, that's WINE CLUB!) Ever wonder how different the same grape tastes when grown in different locations? This class will explore the sensitivity of grapes to the area that they are grown in, showcasing the French word: terroir (taste of the land). Together we will compare regions that have been making wine for thousands of years (France) to regions that have been making wine only in the past few hundred years (America). We will taste classic expressions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
