We are looking for the right person for our Maintenance / Porter Position we have open. The right candidate must be able to work outside in the heat or cold as about 95% of the time you will be outside. The right candidate must also be able to work up to 35 hours a week and work any day of the week including Sat. & Sun. We would also like the right person to have at least 2 years of maintenance/porter experience. Anyone considering this position should be very self motivated and be able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision but also be able to work well with other staff members and follow directions. Although this is a part time position you would still be working at or very close to 35 hours a week.
