JOB DESCRIPTION: Route Drivers (CDL B Class) complete local routes picking-up or switching out grey confidential shred/secure bins for destruction, on occasion retrieve or deliverer storage boxes from warehouse/clients. HIGHLIGHTS: * FULL BENEFITS – 1st Day of Employment * Competitive Pay with Annual Merit Increases * NO WEEKENDS AND NO HOLIDAYS * 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay * 401 K (with company match) & Employee Stock Purchase Program * Company Paid Uniforms & Safety Footwear * Tuition Reimbursement * Sign-on Bonus- $4,000.00 payable after 90 days PAY: Up to $24.00 per hour DOE (paid biweekly) SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday HOURS: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (FULL TIME Includes OT) LOCATION: 1601 Leavenworth Street Omaha, NE 68102 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive an automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck, Tipper, and/or Mobile Shred Unit to pick up and/or shred confidential documents from various businesses • Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance • Make an average of 15-30 stops a day, heavy customer interaction • Prepare accurate paperwork and records • Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations • Lift at least 50lbs./ haul up to 100lbs. • Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time REQUIREMENTS: • Have a completed high school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Must have B class license and 1 year of experience • Be at least 21 years old with a validate driver's license • Pass a background check and a DOT physical/drug test • Have a clean driving record for the last 3 years • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
