ALPFA Charlotte is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for Latinos in Charlotte and building leadership and career skills. Calling all of our ALPFAmilia to attend our Annual Women of ALPFA event on 4/28! The theme this year will focus on LLE: Latinas in Leadership & Entrepreneurship and the objectives will be to encourage and hear from existing leaders about how they have grown within their corporate job while expanding their entrepreneurship ventures. This event will initiate conversations around the theme of small business owners and women in leadership positions in Corporate America. We want to empower and encourage professional Latinas to reach their full potential and become trailblazers in their industry. This event will provide professionals with the tools and road maps to strengthen their leadership and management skills, fostering both their professional and personal development. Speakers will range from Ally, Vanguard, Sherwin-Williams, and more (stay tuned for additional details!). Here is a  schedule of the day’s events: Agenda5:30 - 6:00 PM Doors Open* 6:00 - 6:30 PM Welcome Remarks + Key Note Speaker 6:30 - 7:30 PM Women of ALPFA Panel Discussion + Q&A 7:30 - 7:45 PM Closing Remarks 7:45 - 8:30 PM Mingle + Networking *Dinner will be served starting at 5:30 and there will be parking available on site! Dietary restrictions/food allergies have been taken into consideration.
