Looking for a producer

Greetings, My name is Frank and I go by ALTA DRIVE. I have been working on a SYNTHWAVE music project for about 4 years, and I am not making any progress on it. I work alone and I don't know any other fellow musician or producers out here in Vegas (I don't even have friends in Vegas) to give me any input. So what I am looking for is a producer to give me points on how to change my own producing methods, give points on song structuring, mixing, etc. I need an extra pair of ears to help guide me and give me constructive criticism. The DAW I use is FL Studios and a shitload of VSTs. I also have many tracks that are not finished, and haven't been finished in 4-3 years. So that's where I am at. As for compensation, my wallet is pretty thin. I have my own house, bought a new car, and other financial responsibilities.
