Better humans make better teams and better teams make better companies  Daniel is an energetic speaker with a unique perspective on life. His ability to use storytelling and analogies to illustrate points keeps his audiences engaged and is sure to make you think.  Daniel is the Relationship Manager with Waldrop Mechanical. He has spent 25 years in sales and Business Development working in a variety of industries, work environments, and with incredible people. Daniel is the Chapter Coordinator for the industrial Network Group. His podcast “Conversations” with The Average Dude is dedicated to finding the talents and stories in all people. He also co-hosts a  weekly live broadcast discussing a variety of topics, books, and interviews.
