HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Noticed anything different in downtown Havre de Grace? There's a new mural that has people lining up to get their pictures taken with it, according to the Havre de Grace Alliance. Local artist Shawn Forton created the new addition on Franklin at St. John streets, the alliance reported. Forton owns Unlimited Art Studio in the 100 block of North Washington Street.
