Learn about the beloved liquor with one of High West's National Brand Ambassadors. This month we have partnered with our sister restaurant and Arizona's most beloved property, El Chorro Lodge. The Canal Club's Chef Alex and El Chorro's Chef Charles have teamed up to create a 4-course menu featuring some of El Chorro's most popular dishes. Cancelation/No-Show Policy - You must cancel your reservation prior to March 14th to avoid penalty. Late cancelations or no-shows will be charged 50% ($35) per person.
