Dance is a powerful way to channel emotions through the body, release negative energy and experience meditation through movement. *ECSTATIC DANCE IS A COMMUNITY GATHERING FOR FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, AUTHENTIC CONNECTION AND EXPANSION THROUGH THE INSPIRATION OF MUSIC AND MOVEMENT! * This is your opportunity to get out of your comfort zone and FULLY EXPRESS yourself in a safe environment, with some other really, cool people! We'll open our co-created space with intention and a brief explanation about this sacred practice. Did you know your ancestors used to practice this while dancing their prayers to their deities?!
