Please come join us for a plant-based cooking class where you will learn how to assemble a plant-based lunch consisting of a:
spring soup,vibrant salad,a filling protein-rich sandwich, and avegan cheesecake dessert.We will explore what it means to eat intuitively by specifically trusting our gut which is the brain of our whole body. Consuming healthy and nourishing foods is a game-changer.
You will learn about emotional and physical signals that our gut gives us while we’re eating and after our meal is finished.
