HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A documentary is being filmed in Havre de Grace Sunday, according to city officials. Filming is taking place on Saint John Street and North Washington Street. An actor will go into River City Public House with a rubber gun, officials said in a statement, but no real weapons will be on location. Filmmakers are reenacting a robbery, the statement said. The filming is slated for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6. Sympatico is the film production company shooting two scenes in the city, officials said: In one, a car drives down St. John Street and parks in front of the Water Treatment Plant at 415 St. John Street, where production will require three parking spots.In another, a car drives down North Washington Street and parks in front of River City Public House at 209 North Washington Street. The actor will get out of the car and walk into the restaurant with a rubber gun, according to authorities, who reported three parking spots will be used in front of 203 and 205 North Washington Street. Authorities said no roads will be closed, and there will be no authentic gunfire. City officials said a police officer will be on site to help with traffic and safety.
