Rehoming: 4 y/o Husky - best girl ever

I’m looking to rehome Nala. I recently adopted her from the SF SPCA. Nala is the most incredible dog.. Does not bark or howl, does not show aggression, sleeps most of the day, I walk her about 2-3 times a day for 30-45 min each. Incredibly smart and emotional dog. She does not destroy things, try to eat things, doesn’t even try to eat food off my plate! definitely a calm husky as far as huskies go. I am 24 living in a studio. I was really excited to embark on a journey with a dog but I have come to realize that I am not in a place in my life where I am able to provide her the life she deserves. I know there is a good family out there that will love her and provide for her a lot more than I can. This is very difficult for me as we have grown a bond, but she loves people and I know in the right situation she will be a lot happier in the long run. She is 49 lbs, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, i have pethub for 1 year. Most recent vet visit on Friday 4/1 where I was told she is very healthy and fit. Can provide dog basics like leash, treats, crate, water gravity bowl, etc. for free as well. I’m asking for a 150$ rehoming fee (negotiable) - I just want to make sure she’s not going to be used for the wrong reasons so if you are able to provide me as much info as possible that would be great.
