I-95 Crash Restricted Access Near MD 155

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 near Havre de Grace blocked lanes Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities. By 2:30 p.m., the crash had cleared. The crash occurred before 1:30 p.m. on I-95 north before the exit for MD 155, officials said. The right lane, right shoulder and northbound off-ramp were closed on I-95 north at MD 155, authorities reported. Emergency personnel were at the scene. By 2:30 p.m., all lanes were clear.
