PRINCETON, NJ — The Princeton Cornerstone Community Kitchen and The Princeton United Methodist Church is hosting a coat distribution on Dec. 2.
The event is part of the group's annual coat drive. The Princeton Police Department collected coats from the community and dropped it off with the organization earlier this week.
"Based on information from Sargent Tom Lagomarsino, coordinator of the Department's annual coat drive, the donations are the most in the history of the program," Cornerstone Community Kitchen said in a Facebook post.
More than 200 hundred coats were brought to the church for sorting and preparation for distribution on Wednesday, Dec. 2.
The coats will be distributed at 7 Vandeventer Avenue, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
