Description
Unfortunately due to unforseen problems we are unable to keep our 2yr old purebred female Plott Hound Maggie. She is a wonderful dog, super loving, gets along with dogs, cats, and children. I've never seen her agressive in any situation. She is kennel trained, puppy pad trained,, house trained and harness/leash trained. She may need some additional training on the leash, as a hunting dog and bloodhound she follows her nose and that means sometimes she'll pull, nothing terrible though. She knows basic commands like sit, sit front, sit back, sit right, sit left, stand, shake right, shake left, outside, focus, come, wait, be nice, be gentle, dance, turn, lay down, walk with me, lean(like on her human for comfort), go home, go to the door, open it, hugs/loves, find it, search it out, sniff it out, let's go, leave it, find a spot, go potty, and we were starting her on a guard command, recall for off leash, as well as constantly working on her heal and no pulling commands. She is currently up to date on all of her shots/vaccines and is spayed. She will come with her harness, leash, rabies tag, about 40lbs of dry food, some wet food, A LOT of treats including training treats, her kennel, all her toys, her blanket, a selection of sweaters which she does love to wear, her food and water bowl and whatever vet paperwork we have for her. We are asking for a $500 re-homing fee to insure she goes to the best home. She is an active dog and will do best with a family that is outdoorsy, has a fenced backyard and has time and energy for her. She also loves to learn/work so extra training is recommended. She would do really well with someone who hunts and fishes as she loves to track and hunt, but will need training for off leash. We are located in Denver, please message me with any questions and please serious inquiries only. She is an amazing dog and deserves an amazing family.
