I'm a commercial photographer looking for a dedicated space to do photoshoots, and host clients during photoshoots. I'm open to it being a shared building, such as part of a warehouse that isn't being used, or an office space with a decent sized room that isn't being occupied. I'd love to find someone who's in a lease, and has too much space, and is just looking for someone to move in to help pay the bills. Here's a few things that I would require from the space, and a few nice-to-haves -
Required -
- High ceilings (10 foot minimum, higher is better)
- 12 x 12 foot (bigger is better, rectangular is always great)
- Ability to lock my equipment so that I'm the only person that can access it(a decent sized closet would even be fine)
- Respectful and safe environment (sometimes I shoot fashion models, and can't have any creepers)
- I'm located in Sloans Lake, so somewhere within 15 minutes driving radius of where I live.
Nice to have, but not absolutely necessary -
- A fairly quiet environment(sometimes I shoot video, and need to capture audio)
- White walls/ceiling (Ideal for lighting)
- Hard floors
- 24 hour access (If not, I generally need to be able to come and go as I please, even if it's not 24 hours/day).
