HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Havre de Grace High School is not having an in-person graduation. To congratulate what County Executive Barry Glassman called "the historic class of 2020," he and other leaders gave a sendoff to new grads on a YouTube video released Monday. This was the last class to graduate from the high school on Congress Avenue, as the campus moves to its new location with the middle school.
