My name is Eric and I am the Food & Beverage Manager at Cancun Resort. This year we are planning to launch a program where we teach a weekly cooking class in the organic gardens the resort has recently built. The gardens hold an abundance of different fruits, vegetables and herbs that we want to incorporate into the weekly cooking class. I am looking for an individual(s) that can speak to a crowd of 10-30 people and who loves to talk about food. This will be a paid job of a flat rate of $100 per event. We plan on holding this event every Thursday in the Spring and in the Fall starting at 11am. We are looking to start this program asap.
