HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A woman described as a vulnerable adult is missing, according to the Havre de Grace Police Department. Whitney Murphy was last seen at Harford Memorial Hospital in the 500 block of South Union Avenue, police said. She went missing before 10 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, according to officials.
