HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A boy in Havre de Grace has been found after police issued a call for help in locating him Wednesday. Maurice Moye was last seen around Otsego Street, the Havre de Grace Police Department reported Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday morning, police said he had been found.
