HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A vehicle rolled over, trapping at least one person in Havre de Grace, officials said Friday afternoon. Crews were responding to the crash at the intersection of MD 155 and Bulle Rock Parkway, the Susquehanna Hose Company reported after 2:15 p.m. Drivers should use caution in the area.
