Hello, I'm available for weekly residential landscaping and lite construction work. I do not have my own work tools. Work tools provided by the home or land owner. I do have my own work gloves, steel toe boots, construction hard hat, and reliable transportation to the job site. Work Performed: Tree & Bush Pruning, Weed Removal, Raking Grass, Mulch Replacement, Garden Maintenance, Soil Removal, and Sweeping; Leveling Gravel, Painting, Debris Removal, and Lite Residential & Commercial Construction Work. I also have a CDL Class A License. Work Not Performed: Digging Trenches, Manual & Electric Saw or Drill Use, Electrical Wiring, Pouring & Leveling Cement, and Climbing Ladders Beyond 6'0". Wage Requirement: I'm available Mon-Fri. I'm not available on weekends. My wage requirement is $25.00 per hour plus $50.00 R/T fuel costs. My minimum work hours is four (4) hours per shift; and, a maximum of six (6) to eight (8) hours; not to exceed eight hours per day. If a job is for two (2) hours, the agreement is to be paid no less than four (4) hours plus $50.00 R/T fuel costs. This is to maximize fuel expense. Respectfully, I expect to be paid on the day of service rendered. I do not accept work for next day pay. Cash preferred. I am trust worthy, punctual, reliable and, have a keen eye for detail.
