Looking for an 'on call' handyman for small projects at primary residence in Land Park and repairs and maintenance at several rentals around midtown. Needs vary, but on average have something 1-2x per month. Examples include:
-basic plumbing (fix leaks, drips)
-bark replacement/spreading
-sprinkler head replacement
-sod installation
-touch up painting
-fixture replacement/installation
-power washing
-Attic ladder installation
Have several 'trial' projects ready to start. If happy with results; have years worth of recurring work.
