Yard work /mowing and leaves

Hello We are seeking to hire someone to cut a small front yard and pickup leaves. If everything goes well we are looking to have you do this every 3 weeks. This is for my mother's house and while is she at location it would be through us that we would pay you and speak with you. We are looking to pay via Cash App, and have the before and after pictures sent via text. This one time would include leaves but the leaves part wouldn't be needed all the time. We would like someone bilingual as well and conscientious of pets on site. Thank you
