Hello my Name is Don and we are Looking For a Good reliable Handyman/Assistant to help us take care of all Guests requests and needs.
All our units are in marina del rey area.
Must be able to fix Plumbing/ Electrical issues.
Must be able to fix appliances If needed (Washer and dryer, Washing machine, Fridge...)
Must be able to carry Boxes from one unit to another and anything that we need to move around.
Must be able to do maintenance around the units Changing light bulbs, fixing broken cabinets, door knobs..
Must be able to assemble Furnitures.
Must have an SUV or a mini Van to carry Supplies and Go to stores pick up the orders.
Need to be at work From 11am to 6pm With a 30min Break and 1 day Off Tuesday or Wednesday.
Salary $3800/Month Plus $200 Gas total $4000
