anyone in Wapato missing a rotti?

I was driving down the road and saw that someone left a deceased rotti in a field with a blanket covering it’s body up to the front arms the blanket is pink colored. I’m positive it was a rotti. I am planning on walking up to it today and checking for a collar. who ever dumped the pup is a piece of crap. Judge me or not. When our pups pass we bury them. Thankfully my dogs never died any other way. Just shame on who left it. It was a living animal with feelings and a soul. Shit if people don’t want their pets put them for free on here! I took in 3 animals from here for free and everyone has been vetted and fixed and are living the best life I can give.
