Local Investment company is Searching for an experienced and accomplished COO/ Integerator for real estate investment, rehab, rental and flipping business to join their management team. The individual for this role must be a go getter and task finisher from the Real Estate Industry, must have a business owner mind set and posseses a proven successful track record in day to day operations of Real estate investment business. Although the role will be fluid dependent on the qualifications and capacity of the candidate selected to fill the position, below is a outline of the general expectations for the role. Summary of Responsibilities: The COO of Real Estate – Must be efficient and willing to work hard to complete and guide the team in all the areas of Sales/buying/renting /rehab/ dealing with contractors /permits and the city execute & provide training to the team. Operations & Productivity • Execute tailored business programs for the team throughout the company • Conduct goal setting and business planning sessions • Meet with sales associates to evaluate goals and objectives and prepare on going guidance and plan of action. • Provide motivation through making sure each and every task is professionally completed by self and the team, sales meetings, awards, recognition and engagement • Promote the business and create networking. Engagement • self involvement and Oversee Development and implementation of on-going buying/sales /renting and rehab • Promote, assist and conduct the company’s centralized operational programs. • Encourage sales associates to attend company meetings, workshops/seminars, outside training programs and community events • Maintain a comprehensive training calendar with accountability for all operations, Lunch and Learns, New Business, Contracts, Listings, Marketing, Agent Tools, Etc.) • Work with and develope team members for specific goals designated by the management to elevate their level of success through skill-based teaching and accountability • Develop required path for incoming new agents, seasoned agents and current agents and production standards. Follow-up with participants and track accountability • Serve as the Liaison for the comapny wherever needed. • Provide reporting on Real Estate Tool adoption and success metrics People • Counsel and direct sales associates to improve their productivity and capabilities in the field • Engender and maintain professional ethics, company culture, enthusiasm and a positive attitude in the office • Interact and be easily accessible to sales associates on a daily basis • Return calls promptly and emails in a timely fashion. • Assist the Owner in other activities as deemed necessary and appropriate for the advancement and growth of the company Financial/Budget • Review productivity & profitablity reports and utilize key performance indicators to identify opportunities to expand the business with the sense of profitabilty. coach and develop the agent base. • Assist in preparation and utilization of agent growth & performance budgets as a management tool Marketing • Review and support the company’s marketing goals in order to integrate them into specific tasks and timetables within sales techniques and coaching programs. Coordinate and monitor the plan adjusting as needed to accomplish set goals • Monitor the office target market area for information on both company performance and agent growth initiatives • Track performance of sales associates including competitors within the target market areas • Monitor the personal promotion of the sales associates
