Some paper got into our Spa / Hot Tub water and the entire spa needs to be drained and the entire system flushed out. I have drained it before but even after that and months of straining the water, it still didn't get rid of the pulp floating around. Somehow the pipes need to be flushed out during the cleanout. Must have Spa / Hot Tub repair experience.
