I have a water pump in a closet that has a valve that is rusting and needs to be replaced. I can send a picture if you need so you can get a better idea. I also have a few other minor items that need to be addressed: A running toilet A plugged sink drain A shower that makes a whistling noise Removal of a garbage disposal and replace with plumbing Ice make doesn’t work on fridge and no water is dispensed
