We’ve come to the realization that our 11 yo male cat would be happier in a home without 2 very active toddlers. He hides while the kids are awake and has been marking things after the kids love him *too* much. He is very gentle and friendly when it’s only adults or older kids, but his behavior has been different since our kids have gotten older and active. I think he would be happiest in a home without other pets and older children, or none at all. He’s strictly indoors without claws, and has never shown aggressive behavior (biting, swatting, kicking). Loves sitting on laps and has been the best pet, we just can’t provide him with the attention he derserves and it’s been difficult to keep our kids from seeking him out while he’s hiding not bothering him. Happy to provide our food and litter stock (at least 6+ months worth). Small rehoming fee only to keep serious inquiries.
