Experienced Electrician needed

I am looking for an experienced electrician that can help me with- -install a new fire alarm, instead of the old one (we have the new ones) -cover old outlets -remove some old wiring -need help with installing a switch for my ceiling light -removing old ceiling lights and covering them (please see photos attached) I am looking for someone who has experience in this as this house was buildt in the very unusual way Also if something will be needed to be bought separately for this job, I am happy to get it (like something to cover outlets etc). And I don't have a ladder for the ceiling lights.
