Laguna Niguel / Mission Viejo: 1) Sat / Sun Only: 7am – 3pm (7 1/2 hrs total) 2) Sat / Sun Only: 5pm - 9pm (4hrs a day) Job Requirements: Willing and able to perform cleaning services Positive Attitude Reliable Professional Hard Worker Must have own transportation Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Must have cellular device to clock in / out Duties include but are not limited to: Removing trash from the property (take out and replace liners from trash bins) Monitor and walk parking areas, sidewalks, and check planters for trash Wipe the top of trash can lids Wipe handrails Spot clean sidewalks Dust off windowsills Replace sand for ash urns Monitor property for illegal dumping / graffiti (report to manager) Maintain clean area in all trash enclosures Restroom Service (if applicable): Check toilet paper, paper towel, and soap. Restock as necessary. Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant Empty out trash receptacles, replace liner Clean and polish mirrors Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides using a disinfectant Dust partitions, top of mirrors and frames Remove splash marks from walls around basins Wipe the countertops. Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant Food Court (if applicable): Disinfect and wipe down all tables and chairs in food court / courtyard Empty out trash receptacles and replace liners Wipe the top of trash can lids Replace sand for ash urns Sweep / pick up trash throughout area
