Custodian Maintenance Person for Self-Storage Management Company is looking for a part time at about 24 hours per week for custodian/maintenance person for our locations in Orange County area. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to: general cleaning of the offices, restroom, floors, parking lots, driveways, inside the building hallways and storage units. Also requires knowledge of replacing light bulbs, cleaning supplies and equipment.
