Territories are limited!! We are in need of an Estimator from time to time to perform site visits throughout Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, Litchfield & Hartford. Looking for someone clean cut, professional and presentable as you may be greeted by the some of our upscale customers. No experience needed however prior landscaping, home improvement or in home sales is a plus.... You will need your own vehicle to drive to the sites your inspecting. You will also need your own smartphone with data plan and measuring wheel. Estimates are on outdoor tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. So your typically in and out in 15mins or less. We will be able to work around your current job schedule as this could be a great weekend or on the way home gig. We will need to schedule and inform the customer that an estimator will be performing a court inspection so advance notice is a must. We are not expecting you to be an expert in what we do nor perform any selling to the end customer. We will train you quickly on what to look for, measure and take photos of. Its very simple with a little coaching. Pay will vary per site successful site visit and will be based on distance from your location to the furthest site visit of the day. As an example if your in Westport Ct and the furthest job is in Roxbury Ct the inspection fee would be $75 on the first stop and $55 per additional stop on the way back. If you are only scheduling one site visit we will negotiate a reasonable fee based on distance. Payouts are within 1-2 days of inspection via Paypal, Venmo (cashapp coming soon). Great for home inspection, landscaping, home improvement, painters, roofing, patio, driveway & paving pros. Perfect side gig on weekends or after work on the way home!!
