I am looking for 2 driven, outgoing and responsible individuals to become my right hand men as well as learn all of the daily activities it takes to run a pressure washing crew. No experience is needed only a great attitude as well as a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We will work as a team and over time expand to where each of you run your own crew. Clean driving record is required. Starting pay is $18 per hour with no max out in pay. Once you can professionally run your own crew the pay scale is wide open. Great and amazing things come to those who work for it. I am looking for two amazing people that want to grow alongside of me as a team.
If you know you cannot handle fast paced environments, physical work, working outdoors in cold/heat please do not kid yourself and waste your own or my time. Only you know this and I do not want you to sign up for anything you cannot handle. First impressions are everything.
