Local growing company looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high-quality work, and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time plant health care applicators Plant Health Care Applicators: -Knowledge of fertilizing and pest management in lawn and landscape -Must be a MA licensed pesticide applicator or willing to acquire said license -Should be able to manage time and work independently in an organized fashion -Be able to assess plant health care issues and determine a correct course of action -Able to identify landscape issues due to plant health care -Provide exceptional service and positive interactions with all clients -Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 50lbs. -Maintain, Clean, and organize vehicles, trailers, and equipment. -Have strong observation skills for identifying issues with properties and landscaping and the ability to communicate issues to team leaders. All team members: Have a valid MA driver's license Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction. Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.
