We are a local shutter company located in the Kapolei area looking for a personable, energetic and dependable administrative assistant to help with a variety of administrative and clerical duties. We are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and would take pride in being a part of a company that has been in business for over 25 years. What we are looking for: - Someone with the ability to multi-task - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word) - Organized and has an attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Previous receptionist or office clerk experience preferred, not required Duties include: - Answering phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings and greet visitors - Carry out admin tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. - Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices etc. - Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off Work Hours: 8 hour shift, 7:30-4 PM, Monday to Friday Please send resume to be considered.
