Quality Home Creation LLC Palm Bay, FL Position: Painter Hours: Full-time or Part-time. Flexible hours, communication is key/needed. Pay: $13-$20/ hour depending on qualifications shown. Paid weekly. Experience preferred but not required; must be trainable. Focus is mostly on residential new construction homes: interior/exterior. Job responsibilities include: • Must be reliable • Capable to move 5-gallon buckets, ladders and any other equipment needed. • Applying tape and plastic as needed • Caulk and putty • Able to use brush well (cut in wall to ceilings and baseboards to walls) • Painting with multiple work tools, including back rolling • All other basic duties required for painting job • Transportation will NOT be provided, so you must be able to get to and from the job sites • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
