Ethics for Supervisors
This is a 3.0 CEU workshop addressing the topic Ethics for Supervisors. This event meets continuing education (CE) needs of Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) as set forth by the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure (BBHL). This workshop is designed to cover ethics for clinical supervisors. Participants will develop competencies in the provision of supervision to counselors. Subject matter includes overseeing competencies of supervisees, identifying signs of malfeasance in supervisees, dangers of dual relationship, how to recognize & convey areas of professional growth needed, reporting to the board & ethical dilemmas in supervision.
