THE JOB Responsible for performing multiple tasks throughout season to support the event/venue set-up, break down, cleaning, sustainability, overall safety and immaculate appearance of the venue. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to keeping all guest facing areas free of trash, restock restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed Keep work areas neat and orderly and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show Perform regular maintenance duties on a show basis as assigned by Supervisor Perform a variety of duties on non-show days to include planting, setup/breakdown of furniture and tents, cleaning of venue, painting, and other duties as needed Use a variety of hand and power tools to help perform duties as needed Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Perform all other duties as assigned or needed WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING High school diploma or equivalent experience required At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners Passion for and proven experience building a diverse workplace by utilizing diversity job platforms, partnering with diverse colleges and community organizations Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Action-oriented and results-driven individual Passion or interests in music, technology, and media
