Property Management Firm looking for an experienced hands on maintenance / facility / handy person to work both independently and as a team for maintenance and management of high-end condos on the South Shore. This position will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the property both inside and out. Part time candidates would be considered but would require minimum of 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Handling after hours emergencies - Light electrical repair - Light Plumbing repair - Painting building common areas - Carpentry and drywall work - Cleaning common area’s - Trash removal - Snow removal and Landscaping Excellent communication and customer services skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Qualified applicants please email your resume and background.
