HVAC System cleaning and general construction technician Job duties and responsibilities: Cleaning HVAC systems, duct work, furnaces, and dryer vents in residential and commercial environments. Performing minor repairs to ductwork and vents. Removing insulation from residential and commercial structures. Application of anti-microbial and odor counteractant products. Performing remodel and repair work to residential and commercial structures. Job requirements: No prior work-related experience required. Personable demeanor with good customer relations skills helpful. Honesty, reliability, and integrity are expected character traits. Ability to improvise, adapt and overcome. Clean driving record with current/active driver’s license. Clean criminal record - no felonies or warrants. Be able to pass random drug tests. You will need to be able to enter attics and crawlspaces and climb on roofs as needed to perform work. Occasionally some work may need to be done after normal business hours, on weekends or require overnight stay. Hours: up to 40 plus hours per week. Start and stop times for work depend on the customer's needs but usually Monday thru Friday from about 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. We have full-time and part-time positions available Pay: $14 to $20 per hour to start depending on experience. $500 bonus after 90 days of employment and annual bonuses. Location: You will usually leave from the Meridian or Nampa area to perform work throughout the Treasure Valley and other areas as the customer’s needs require.
