My therapist thinks a dog would be a good idea for me, however I don't have a lot of money, I live off of disability. Shelters in the area are asking for almost $400! Please don't waste your time emailing me the expenses of a shelter. Just simply asking, if someone needs to re-home their dog, I will give it all the attention in the world and you don't have to traumatize them by bringing them to a shelter. My family has used the Pine Plains Vet for over 30 yrs. I'm willing to pay a small rehoming fee for reassurance. I live in a pretty busy household. I have a few neighbors that stop by unannounced, and there are usually a few quiet kids around on the weekends. The dog would have to be socialized with no aggressive behavior. We have no other animals but the neighbors cat tends to visit daily and often naps on my bed. Please email me. Keep flagging me, I'll keep posting. We can do this all day long.
