Fishen With A Mission Kids Fishing Camp A hands-on and interactive kids fishing camp. The “fishen With A Mission” day camp will include education stations to teach basic tackle, knot tying, conservation, casting, angling safety. Each camper will receive a free fishing pole, tackle, t-shirt, lunch, & hands-on interactive fishing. July 9th 10am-5pm 10:00am Drop off @ Three Creeks Metro Park 3400 Williams Rd, Columbus, OH 43207. Please Park, meet the staff, & sign your camper in. 10:30am-1pm Angling safety briefing, Basic tackle, knot tying, bobbers, baiting your hook, casting, & let’s fish. 1pm – 2pm Lunch / Pizza 3pm – 5pm More fun fishing, pictures & closing ceremony. What items should my camper bring? All fishing equipment, lunch, bottled water is provided, while a hat, & sunscreen are recommended. Flip-flops are discouraged – sneakers or athletic shoes are a better choice.
