Come Join ConnieRae's Coaching & Learn how to use your body. This class will help you Get fit at any age & any level.
If you are a Beginner or getting back into it, we will focus on basic exercises to start. We will be Working on form and engaging your muscles.
You are welcome to use bands and sliders. (Weights are not needed)

Tuesday & Thursday 3:30-4:30
Cost $25 each day
Private 1:1 sessions available upon request for additional fee.
