This Nurse's Week we are celebrating like never before! Please join us for a wellness event to honor the amazing nurses in our community! This Nurse's Week we are hosting a wellness event to honor all of the amazing work of the Nurses at Valley and in our community! In addition to a Fun Run/Walk, we will also have a Kid's Club, Stroller Decorating Contest, Wellness Activities, Food Trucks, Recruitment Event, and more! All proceeds will benefit the Valley Health System Nurse Resilience Fund. Fun Walk/Run will begin promptly at 10am. Release/Waiver: In consideration for being permitted to participate in this Fun Run/Walk, I release from liability and waive my right to sue from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Fun Run/Walk I am voluntarily participating in this Fun Run/Walk and understand that there are risks associated with my participation that may include physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Fun Run/Walk location or facility. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Fun Run/Walk whether known or unknown to me. On behalf of myself, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, I agree to accept full responsibility for my participation in this Fun Run/Walk and release The Valley Hospital, Valley Health System and its respective directors, trustees, officers, employees and agents from any and all responsibility, liability, damages, claims and/or losses that may arise or result from my participation in this Fun Run/Walk.
