Shadow work In this class, we work with an archetype oracle deck to identify and understand wounds of the heart that are ready to heal. You will heal pieces of your past through self guided Reiki, tuning fork therapy, guided imagery meditation, a gemstone crystal sound bath, and the healing power of crystals. Feel free to bring your own crystals. Crystals will also be provided. Shadow work is an important part of our spiritual work as it helps us to illuminate unconscious patterns that hold us back from experiencing a life of abundance, ease, peace, joy and happiness. As we illuminate the shadows, we build greater self awareness and develop the capacity to choose a different path. This allows the darker attributes of our psyche to fall away, allowing us to feel more whole.
